At Adisseo, respect for people is a responsibility shared across our activities and geographies. Our Global Social Policy establishes a common framework for protecting human rights, supporting our employees and acting responsibly toward the communities around our sites.
The policy brings together eight commitments spanning employee rights and well-being, freedom of association and social dialogue, equal opportunities and inclusion, the prohibition of child and forced labor, fair and adequate remuneration, community engagement, talent development, and ethics and compliance. It is grounded in internationally recognized standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the principles of the International Labour Organization.
Adopted by our Compliance & ESG Committee in January 2026, the policy applies to every Adisseo entity worldwide. Its implementation is a shared responsibility: leaders are expected to set an example, while Group management and dedicated ESG committees regularly review our social performance. Employees and external stakeholders can also raise concerns through Adisseo’s whistleblowing portal.
