Lead our innovative efforts in nutritional additives and health solutions for poultry, swine, ruminants, and aquaculture. You’ll define and implement strategies that align with our business goals, drive innovation, and support our sales teams. Your leadership will ensure collaboration and productivity across our technical community.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • You will develop and implement technical and scientific support strategies that align with our vision and the objectives of our Strategic Business Units (SBUs). You’ll ensure our goals for nutrition and health are met across various species by collaborating closely with marketing and business teams to meet market demands and customer needs and overseeing the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones based on scientific evidence and market requirements.
  • As the primary contact for the R&I leadership team, you’ll ensure effective collaboration between species heads and experimental platforms. Representing Adisseo to external stakeholders, including customers and media, and partnering with research institutions, universities, and industry partners to advance scientific knowledge and innovation will be crucial and staying informed about regulatory changes and trends in the animal nutrition industry to ensure all products comply with relevant standards.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technical and scientific support department will be essential. You’ll enhance Adisseo’s scientific presence through innovative research and development practices, managing resources efficiently, including budget and personnel, to ensure effective operations.

Main Skills

Required profile :

 

  • Master or PhD in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or a related fiel with a minimum of 10 years of experience in animal nutrition and health, with a focus on additives for poultry, swine, ruminants, and aquaculture.
  • Proven track record of leading Scientific and Technical teams and managing complex research projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills with ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
  • Strategic planning skills in defining and developing strategic plans and ability to drive innovation in nutrition and health practices.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and new challenges.
