As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you are instrumental in driving our organization’s strategic growth. Your mission is to source, attract, and interview top talent, ensuring alignment with our long-term goals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, set selection criteria, and find potential candidates through various online channels, including social media and professional networks. Your role spans the globe, with a special focus on the IMEA Region.
Key missions:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer.
- Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs and define job specifications.
- Source candidates through diverse channels, including professional networks, job fairs, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate feedback sessions with interview teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for future needs.
- Keep accurate records in our systems, adhering to corporate standards by collecting feedback, attaching forms, and completing tasks.
- Stay updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay ahead in modern recruiting practices.
- Develop school relations within your scope and enhance our employer brand.
- Align with team priorities, viewing every opportunity as a chance to learn and support the team.
- Collaborate with the Group Talent Acquisition Team on projects and manage their implementation in your regions.
Main Skills
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a proven experience of at least 5 years in talent acquisition or similar role.
- Experience in an industrial company or in BtB or related field with a strong exposure to a multicultural and international environment in a matrix-structured organization .
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Solid experience in sourcing candidates on social medias such as LinkedIn
- Fluency in English is required and additional language would be a plus (French, Hindy…)
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet with challenging deadline and customer centric driven.
- Result-oriented with the ability to get things done and to prioritize and problem-solving ability.
