Directly reporting to the CEO, you coordinate the digital transformation initiative across the global group, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals in the context of operational efficiency development, accelerated business growth and sustainable transition. This role involves coordinating the digital scope and animating a network of functional project directors in each BU’s and function to optimize project management efficiency on digital projects.
This role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation agenda of the company, ensuring that digital initiatives are strategically aligned and effectively executed. The critical ability is the ability to influence and animate a network without hierarchical responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: develop and coordinate a comprehensive digital strategy, identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation across the organization and coordinate digital projects, ensuring their execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement:engage with key stakeholders, including the executive committee, to communicate the digital strategy and progress.Continuously update and refine the digital roadmap based on emerging technologies and business needs.
- Team Leadership: lead and inspire a cross-functional team of data scientists & digital project manager and foster a culture of innovation.
- Performance and risk management: monitor and report on the performance of digital initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making, Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects.
Main Skills
Profile required:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration with a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies in a global industrial context and managing complex digital projects.
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, IoT, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams without hierarchical link.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and emerging technologies.
- Fluent in English ; any additional language would be appreciated (French, Chinese…).
