Sebastian holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master degree in Marketing, Finance and International Management from the University of Munster and Executive Education from INSEAD and IMD

He has a 20 years international career in the agricultural and life sciences industry, mainly in Syngenta and DSM
