MSDS (Master Safety Data Sheets) hosting and updates
Adisseo has its EU Master Safety Data Sheets stored on an online database platform that guarantees they are distributed securely and in compliance with the relevant regulations.
These MSDS are intended to provide workers and emergency personnel with procedures for handling or working with the related product in a safe manner.

Free emergency assistance
Adisseo was the first nutritional additive manufacturer to offer customers free emergency assistance and information 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The fast, reliable service offered through CareChem24 International will also allow customers to manage any incident involving Adisseo products in their native language.
Queries may concern incidents arising during the transportation, handling, use or transformation of an Adisseo product.

Product Stewardship
Adisseo is also implementing a number of Product Stewardship programs. “Product Stewardship” covers the Health, Safety and Environment dimension of commercial products throughout their life cycle, from their design in the laboratory to their final use.
