Mission
Adisseo NL BV develops, produces and markets animal feed additives in Raamsdonksveer. We also have a worldwide network of manufacturing plants, warehouses and offices. We have approximately 40 colleagues in the Netherlands and about 2,700 colleagues worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for all processes in the warehouse. You are the central figure between the warehouse and production. With your precise eye for quality, you ensure that all daily activities in the warehouse run smoothly. You are in close contact with the lab, head office, production, supply chain and other stakeholders.
Tasks
- You supervise the receipt of raw materials and control the processing of those raw materials via the usual system application (SAP / Power BI)
- You supervise and check the preparation of raw materials needed in production
- You verify that production orders are completed/adjusted correctly
- You check the quality of the finished products before and during loading of outgoing shipments (quantity, labels, production dates, shelf life, etc.)
- You supervise and inspect the storage/transfer and shipment of finished products
- You monitor the quality of the entire stock at all times
- You ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues at all times
- You ensure a neat and tidy workplace
- At peak times, you act as back-up for incoming and outgoing warehouses
- You are the point of contact between the lab / head quarters / production and the warehouse
- You prepare stock counts
- You are responsible for the organization of the warehouse
- You are in charge of managing and identifying waste
- You provide general support to colleagues in the warehouse
- You report to the Production Manager in the plant

Required profile
HARD SKILLS
- Able to record follow-up details of activities
- You are able to identify discrepancies
- Organize or monitor the management of product, goods or raw material stocks (coding, rotation, etc.)
- Checking the maintenance of a storage area and its equipment
- Organize the distribution of storage areas on the site and monitor its management
- You can verify the receipt of orders
- You know how to determine the handling order
SOFT SKILLS
- You are not afraid to get things done
- You are strong in numbers and figures
- You can work accurately and like cleanliness and tidiness
EDUCATION
- Preferably MBO level or equal by experience
- Your work attitude is more important than a degree
