We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Consolidation Specialist F/M to join our team dedicated to providing with financial information our shareholders, investors and the management committee.

Within a team of 8 people, the Senior Consolidation Specialist actively participates in the consolidation process with the entities, regions and Strategic Business Units (SBU) in order to:

• Provide internal management reporting on financial indicators and key financial statements to assist the steering committee of the Group (manage the preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements under IFRS and CAS and ensure veracity and reliability)
• Meet the financial disclosure requirements of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Chinese market authorities.
• Actively participate in financial planning processes such as strategic plan, budget and forecast

You will also participate in the configuration of the consolidation tool, the continuous improvement of the department and animating the consolidation team to develop synergies with the other Finance departments.

Main Skills

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience acquired in a consolidation department ideally in a large company and/or in an audit/consulting firm where you had the opportunity to operate on an international scope with a large number of legal entities to manage
• Knowledge of Chinese accounting standards is a plus
• You are recognized for your accuracy, your attention to detail, your responsiveness and your adaptability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
