You will lead the charge in the Swine segment with a comprehensive strategy that encompasses innovative product solutions, cutting-edge digital offerings, and robust commercial programs. As a visionary strategist, you will craft a 5-year Business Plan that translates ambitious goals into concrete financial achievements. Your role will be pivotal in galvanizing our organization and stakeholders, infusing the market with our compelling narrative through strategic brand building and impactful storytelling.

 

You will be the driving force behind our Swine P&L, steering all key performance indicators towards growth, profitability, and market leadership. Collaborate with a dedicated team and cross-functional departments to develop and execute seamless implementation roadmaps and take ownership of product lifecycle management and innovation, shaping the future of our brand.

 

Your leadership will extend to defining and executing a high-level opinion leader strategy that resonates across the industry, political spheres, and societal touchpoints. Lead and nurture a team of Global Category Managers and Strategy experts, fostering talent development throughout our organization.

 

As a proactive advocate for sustainable development, you will introduce initiatives that align with Adisseo’s core values. Your contributions will be crucial as a member of the SBU Specialties Leadership Team, where your insights and actions will shape the future of our specialty segments.

 

Main Skills

Profile:

 

• Several years of P&L leadership/ownership of significant size and complexity in the feed or additive industry with a strong knowledge of animal production (knowledge of the segment swine would be a plus).
• Significant commercial experience in sales, strategic and operational marketing, product management and on leading leaders and people.
• Management of a global P&L of a complex business with multiple dimensions (Species, Product Segments, Geographies) and a variety of drivers.
• Solid balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery in a complex market environment with engaging & inspiring communication skills.
• Ability to understand and drive a life sciences/chemical/specialties business in all aspects.
• Result-oriented with the ability to get things done and to prioritize.
• English required, additionally French and/or Dutch and/or Spanish and/or Chinese would be a strong plus
