In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing the customer experience of our customers by proactively identifying issues & building relationships.
As such your key responsibilities are:
- Customer Relationship Management: you manage customer master data and customer claims in accordance with our service level agreement.
- Manage order preparation, registration, and follow-up: you manage daily order process, new customer creations, coordinate customer deliveries with plans, follow-up product allocations and order with transporters and anticipate various issues on orders.
- Supply Chain & logistics activities: you manage local stock and dispatch goods in accordance with transport process and policies. *
- Sales support / coordination: you provide status of contracts, orders and product allocation follow-up, participate to sales forecast and follow up on documentation required for replenishment.
Main Skills
Profile required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales administration / International trade or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in a similar job.
- Fluent in Turkish & English and possibility French will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office.
- Customer oriented, good stakeholder management skill, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Energetic, well-organize with good analytical and problem solving-ability.
