Adisseo has embarked on a significant program to establish a common data language across all our global entities, covering commercial, logistics/supply, and financial aspects. This ambitious initiative includes completing the expansion of SAP across all our entities, establishing a modern Business Intelligence platform, and driving Common Corporate KPIs. In parallel, the acceleration of our digitalization efforts requires advanced data usage in Research & Innovation (R&I) and Manufacturing.

To support these efforts, we are creating a new position of Chief Data Officer (CDO), reporting directly to the CFO. The CDO will play a pivotal role in shaping a solid Data Management approach within the company, implementing a transversal model from Governance to Data Excellence across all processes, functions, and Business Units, and driving a data culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and pilot the data management strategy.
  • Design and animate the governance organization.
  • Guarantee data quality and audit data security.
  • Participate in the ERP Transformation program.
  • Implement a data literacy program.
  • Coordinate and contribute to data-related projects.

Main Skills

Profile requirement

  • Master’s degree in Business or Science with an experience in Supply Chain or Finance before switching to data management.
  • 10 years experience in SAP Master Data Management, with a focus on data governance, data modeling, and data quality in an industrial environment
  • Strong experience in ERP transformation programs
  • Track record in establishing and running a Data Management organization, in a transversal mode, with Data Owners and Data Stewards
  • Strong expertise of data management principles, data governance frameworks, data mapping and data management processes.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across business teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization including ExCom, and to drive cultural shifts around data with business stakeholders
  • Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate data concepts clearly
