ADISSEO is embedded in a transformation journey (project name Cosmos) aiming at standardizing, harmonizing, and digitalizing its business monitoring. This encompasses an important chapter on Finance function, processes & tools.
In this context and thanks to your excellent knowledge of SAP and main accounting processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) you act as ADISSEO finance Global Expert. You facilitate the coordination between IT and functional teams and ensure compliancy with Finance Core-Model. The Global expert report to the Finance BPO.
Your main missions:
- Be the single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our Regional SAP key users and coordinate SAP Finance community, share best practises, train new users.
- Support regional team during closing period.
- Manage integration point with other streams (O2C, P2P and F2S) and ensure compliancy with ADISSEO Core-Model as Data Owner.
- Work closely with other Data owners to maintain a robust governance of ADISSEO strategic data.
- Ensure maintenance of ADISSEO Core-Finance documentation (Group accounting manual, Reporting guide, Process book….), collect functional needs and formalize business requirement.
- Collaborate with IT team (SAP and BI) and ensure on time deliveries.
- Identify areas of improvement and streamline Finance process
- Play an active role in, ongoing and future, SAP deployment project (NL, China, UK, BE, South-Africa, Italy)
Main Skills
Preferred profile:
- Master’s degree in finance with at least 7 years’ experience in finance functions and an advanced knowledge of SAP FICO (having deployed SAP S4 HANA is a plus). A first experience as an auditor will be appreciated.
- Fluent in English
- Good accounting skills (master main processes O2C, P2P, R2R, F2S)
- Process and result oriented, formalization skills
- Sense of priorities, well organized and ability to manage risky situations. Excellent communication skills and positive mindset.
- Able to travel 10% of the time
