ZHU Xiaolei holds a Master degree in Polymer Materials Science, School of Chemical Engineering, Tianjin University.

He has around  17 years’ experience in various management positions in China. He used to work in ChemChina and BlueStar in different functional areas including HSE, Operations, Human Resources, etc. He held the position of Deputy General Manager of BlueStar before joining Adisseo.

ZHU Xiaolei also has rich experience in overseas management, he has work experience in Elkem as member of Nomination Committee.

In December 2023, he took the position of China Executive Vice President of Adisseo &  Deputy General Manager.
