You play a pivotal role in driving sales growth in the ruminant industry by identifying and seizing opportunities within the French territory. Your mission will be to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the ruminant industry, including top-tier feed companies and influential nutritionists.

Your expertise will allow you to connect with a diverse group of professionals, from ruminant product managers to feed mill operators, and from general managers to leading academic researchers. You will be responsible for promoting our cutting-edge amino acid balancing techniques, collaborating closely with customers and nutritionists to integrate Adisseo methionine products into ruminant diets effectively.

Moreover, your strategic approach will be crucial in introducing our specialty products to the market, employing solution selling techniques to meet the unique needs of each customer. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, driving forward our vision for innovation and excellence in animal nutrition. Main Skills

Profile:

  • Bachelors’ degree in animal or dairy science, ruminant nutrition, or related subject with 5+ years of experience in the livestock feed industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of the ruminant (dairy) nutrition business in France.
  • Experience in selling technical products or processes.
  • Knowledge of amino acid balancing and at least one formulation software for ruminants (INRA, DVE, CNCPS, NRC, customer company software, etc).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A willingness to travel to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business activities.
  • English: professional level.
