We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives on continuous improvement and is adept at managing processes in line with ISO90001 standards. Your role will involve benchmarking, sharing best practices, and spearheading the simplification and digitalization of our order to cash process.

In alignment with our Key Account Management commercial strategy, you will drive exceptional service to our clients. This includes collaborating with the sales team to implement differentiated offers and enhancing client relations with tailored logistic support. Your focus will be on driving key performance indicators, managing customer claims, and working closely with the Global Transport and Logistics team to deliver a superior transport offer.

As a logistics expert, you will ensure transport optimization, monitor logistic costs in partnership with the business controller, and optimize product flows. Your innovative approach will contribute to the implementation of new logistic flows and you will play a pivotal role in our European Logistic Supply Chain project.

Leadership is key in this role as you will manage a team, analyze operational challenges, set priorities, maintain versatility, and develop team competencies. Your ability to provide backup during customer service representative holidays will also be valuable.

Main Skills

Profile requested:

  • Experience of minimum 5 years in Supply Chain with missions related to optimization and supply chain excellence. And experience on a managerial role would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Power BI
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer oriented, organized, rigorous and synthesis capacity
  • Responsiveness and capacity to handle a big flow of information in a changing environment
  • Good relationship and team spirit
