Your main missions will be:

  • Customer Relationship management: manage customer master data and customer claims by capturing, collecting and managing answer in accordance with our service level agreement

 

  • Manage order preparation, registration and follow-up: daily order processing, new customer creation, coordination of customer deliveries with plan supply chain, preparing documentation, follow-up orders with transporters / 3PL and anticipating various issues on orders.

 

  • Export documentary remittance: handle letter of credit process, issue export document remittance, follow-up on clearance with freight forwarders, well versed in import/export documentation and process handling.

 

  • Provide sales support: provide status of contracts, participate to sales forecast, schedule weekly call with Sales to inform current status of orders and order book management.

Main Skills

Profile required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in customer service position managing customer orders and building relationships.
  • Language: fluency in English, French and Arabic would be a plus
  • Computer: SAP / Microsoft office
  • Customer oriented, good stakeholder management skil with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, well-organized, self-Initiated and coordination skill with ability to work in a matrix organization and keeping quality in focus
