In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing the customer experience of our customers by proactively supporting them from the order processing to the delivery of our solutions.
As such your key responsibilities are:
- Customer Relationship Management: You spearhead the collection and management of customer data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and up-to-date information.
- Order Management: you oversee daily order processing, exceeding SLA expectations, including meticulous invoicing and ensure seamless delivery coordination with plant supply chain and customer service teams across APAC & IMEA. You facilitate the validation and distribution of invoices and related documents, including Letters of Credit (LC) and engage in proactive payment coordination.
- Supply Chain & Logistics activities: You manage local stock coordination with warehousing to streamline deliveries, champion the organization of stock replenishment and dispatch of goods and demonstrate expertise in Import/Export documentation and process handling.
- Sales Support & Coordination: you provide status of contracts, orders and product allocation follow-up, participate to sales forecast and follow up on documentation required for replenishment.
Main Skills
Profile required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales administration / International trade or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in a similar job.
- Fluent English, Hindi and possibly French will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office.
- Customer oriented, good stakeholder management skill, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Energetic, well-organize with good analytical and problem solving-ability.
