Adisseo is pursuing a policy of continuous research and innovation in its expertise fields to meet feed industry needs. In line with this vision, and following the success of the previous edition, Adisseo proudly announces the commencement of the 3rd Research Grant edition. As the past edition, we will offer €1 M for the next three years to fund research projects tackling some of the main feed industry challenges and encouraging international labs to collaborate.
The proposed research projects should concern innovative nutritional approaches for monogastric (poultry and swine). All the projects’ proposals must justify how they are bringing significative sustainable solutions. The research projects where nutritional approaches are considered should be positioned on one of the following axes:
✔ Managing/Addressing the global challenges of climate change
Securing performance in hot conditions
Maximizing efficiency with the utilization of new raw materials
Optimizing water usage in challenging conditions
✔ Applying the One Health concept in animal production
Exploring alternatives to medication: nutrition for resilience
Implementing early feeding for improved performance and health
Advancing in precise nutrition and/or health management for enhanced weaning transition
Improving animal longevity, specifically for laying hens and sows
It is important to note that projects falling under these axes are preferred.
However, if a project does not directly align with these axes but addresses topics to improve sustainability of swine or poultry through nutrition, it could be submitted under the following category. Additional justification would be encouraged.
With leading academics and industry experts from across the globe, our scientific committee stands ready to champion your projects. Beyond financial support, selected initiatives will benefit from ongoing guidance and expertise throughout the research journey.
Join us in shaping the landscape of animal nutrition, as we embark on this transformative quest together.
