Ready to take your chemical engineering expertise to the next level? Join our team and lead the charge in operational excellence within our manufacturing facility.
Your main missions will be the following ones:
- Drive the implementation of our operation strategy, ensuring seamless execution.
- Utilize your experience in chemical plant operations to develop and maintain daily workflows, achieving optimal product yield targets.
- Lead safety initiatives, drawing on your expertise to uphold regulatory standards and mitigate risks effectively.
- Contribute to process optimization efforts, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in safety audits, hazard assessments, and accident investigations, leveraging your background in chemical industry safety protocols.
- Oversee process parameters and technical document reviews, demonstrating your technical proficiency.
- Collaborate on ISO compliance and audit coordination, reinforcing our commitment to quality assurance.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management, showcasing your adaptability and initiative.
Main Skills
- Solid experience in chemical plant operations or related fields, with a focus on unit operations and emergency management.
- Proficiency in safety protocols, MOC processes, and hazard identification.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Experience in process optimization and productivity enhancement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage process parameters and review technical documents.
- Prior involvement in ISO compliance and audit coordination is advantageous.
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
